We release small batches of books from this third reprinting at a time – we do not have a quick turn-around time but aim to dispatch books within 3 weeks of an order being placed. This is the third printing of Alan  Hodgkinson's book that was first released in 2015. The cover is a new 'garnet' colour to distinguish it from previous printings and the introduction is altered slightly but the book remains largely the same.

As we are a small part-time family business we only ship every few weeks. If you need your book more urgently please contact us and we will see what we can do.

We currently ship to Scotland, Wales, England, United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Thailand, India and Hong Kong. Further locations may be added later. 

We cannot ship to the European Union, Europe's Single Market or Northern Ireland at this time.

We cannot ship to PO boxes.

International shipping prices are approximate and may vary slightly depending on exchange rates at the time of purchase.

Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, South Africa, Thailand, UAE & USA –  postage/shipping £25– added at checkout.

New Zealand postage/shipping £35 – added at checkout.

Our shipping fees can be affected by fuel surcharges. As fees change we will reflect this in the shipping costs.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. The end customer/buyer is responsible for any fees incurred if/when transported across international borders.

You can only order one copy per transaction/order but you can come back for more than one transaction in a new session.

This third printing features an updated, single-page preface by Alan and a correction to the original first edition text followed through to the index along with minor graphic corrections to the third printing.
